Thank you for your tips (I read the article about pole temperaments, that is why I changed room for my pole into one with the air cond), I might see that mighty grip you’re talking about, but also yesterday i had A great time because the pole wasn’t sticky: I didn’t wipe it at all during the whole hour, and it was just perfect!

it is a 45mm x-pole, so it is stainless steel I guess.

Well actually there are so many things I can do… I like the idea of the exercice ball, moreover I don’t have a straight posture so that could help… The only thing is that I am a little shy about bringing it to work… but hey, that will make someting for them to talk about (they might make a fool of me for some month… but hey, they will soon get used to it).

You are right Veena, I hope that my ice skating background will help me out… because to manage a figure you have to practice, again and again, fall down many times, + bruises… but at the end you are satisfied with what you’ve achieved.
