I have a half container of the old formula itac left and I dread the day it runs out. I tried a newer formula itac at a studio and found it very slippy on my hands. It's definitely not the same thing! The old itac formula is amazing on my hands.

Those straps don't look nearly as comfortable as the fly gym. But I guess I could work. And if it doesn't, it has another use!

MemberJanuary 9, 2013 at 9:29 pm in reply to: Water drinking challenge? / how to drink more water?Thank you Webmaster for that link. I have a bad kidney and when it was still recovering, I felt so thristy all the time. I couldn't take a 30min bus ride without feeling like I was dyign of thirst. I drank so much water, much more than 8 glasses a day, I would say almost twice that. During this time, for some reason, I developed several cavities as well as some nutritional deficiencies even though my diet had not changed except for drinking lots and lots of water. I learned that drinking way too much water will flush out nutrients before your body an absorb them. http://www.livestrong.com/article/544270-does-drinking-too-much-water-wash-out-the-vitamins/
Now that my kidneys are doing better, I no longer feel the need to drink water constantly.

I need to find time to take more pics, I have so many costumes but no pics of them. And I now wish I had taken photos when I took commissions. Sigh, live and learn, peeps, live and learn. Take lots of photos!

Yup, chinchilla! I'm really brand spanking new to all this blogging stuff. It's taken me almost 3 days to figure out how to make a gallery, which I JUST uploaded now. If someone knew how to add a suscribe button, please let me know. Also, what does suscribing do? Does it send out an email when I update?

Have you tried wiping it down with a damp chamois cloth? Like the ones used for cars. I find the real chamois (not the microfibre imitation) works wonders for chrome.
