I would love to join too if there are sessions going on throughout the week. I haven’t done this before though so I’m not sure how to committ or what to expect..
I am new to pole so I can’t really speak about floor work or pole techniques. And this may just be a silly question/observation… But when you say you can’t get into straddle sit pass 90 degrees, was it the tightness in your inner thighs that’s stopping you? Or maybe you have some weakness in your hips abductor and external rotator muscles (the muscles that carries out the active movement of spreading and sustaining your legs in that position)?
