You should really consider getting worked on by a Licensed Massage Therapist who has training in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques. This type of work can often times treat and eliminate the symptoms you’re experiencing. Do some research for your area and find someone with these skills. Massage therapy is an amazing tool in maintaining a healthy body.

Do you drink a bunch of caffeine? If you do, try stopping for a month. In some people, caffeine makes them sweat a ton from hands, backs, armpits, and so forth. Just a thought.

You should consider going to see a Licensed Massage Therapist. He or she will be able to talk to you about what happened, what you’re experiencing now and then design an action plan to help you. I’m not talking about going to a spa and getting a rub down…there’s a difference. Look for someone Licensed, insured, and with who you resonate with. Personally, I’m a big fan of massage treatments that use a blend of several different techniques. I’m a massage therapist myself and find fantastic results when I blend techniques like Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. Good Luck! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif
