I purchased sheets of plywood and covered them in self stick tiles less than $100 project and I love it. You can see it in my last vid. or you could put packing tape on bottom of ur hells that works on carpet

Wow this is so funny to me and it use to be upsetting as well. My husband likes things like airwalk and when im doing things with my legs in a headstand. he says its anything that makes me look long and make me appear to be floating. Men are so simple.

I have experienced the same issues. I have a 45mm and a 50mm pole. I do things like shoulder mount and teddy on the 50mm but for anything else it seems as though my hands are to small to get a good grip around the pole so im usually on my 45mm.
