Sue I got my silks from you last year at York Hall – do you have any videos for using the silks to help you with Superman? It is my nemesis haha – would love to try & use my silks to help me beat it.

They don’t fit a 40mm – got one for my teacher & she tried it on hers.

I’ve tried everything – stopping for a while, physio, massage, accupuncture, foam roller etc etc – I still pole but I’m more careful what moves & grip I use. I also went back to basics and tried to build up my strength a bit more

It sounds like golf elbow. I have had this for over 9 months now from over doing moves that I prob wasn’t ready for. (at the time I didn’t know I wasn’t ready) Is the pain from the inside of the elbow down the forearm?

For me it was not so great 🙁
I didn’t really notice any difference. Maybe if your hands are greasy it would take off the grease but for me I didn’t get any extra grip.

The lulu mats are good because even the 6 inch one is firm enough so that you don’t sink into it. So you can still invert up off it ok. They are pricy but I do think they are worth it. You can really tell the difference.

I have one of each. Some moves I would not want to fall out of onto a 2 inch mat! But I do have wooden floors. Having said that I have fallen from an inverted crucifix onto the 2 inch one and it did protect me.

I am a very lucky girl in that I have 2 Lulu mats. (I did get them 2nd hand tho) I got the 1 inch first which I can’t possibly see is enough for a 2 meter fall – and then the thick one which I think is 6 inches. Both are 6 foot wide and personally I would say width is important too as the 4 foot ones don’t cover too much space when you are falling down! The thick lulu is quite firm so standing on it you don’t squash down into into it as much as some of the other mats so I find it easier to invert & kick up off the mat than some of the cheaper mats. I did source some mats for my teacher & they were £97 delivered. I will find the seller & a pic & try and put them up – I’m in the UK
