I have been in the same situation with my very first relationship, I loved him so much..after being with him for a while he cheated and hitted on me. Long story short. I left him and I was with him for 9 years, we have 3 kids together.. He made me feel like I was nothing, like no one would want me..I have trust issues now…even still. Even if your husband stops you will always have trust issues with him..getting professional help will help you cope with the issues. If he don’t stop that Tell’s me he don’t care for your feeling’s. Its up to you if you leave or stay with him. I know how hard it is to leave but your worth so much more.

You don’t have to use weights to gain strength, you can do yoga, Pilates, veena’s 30 day take off is great. Calisthenics is a great one to. If you choose any of those they all have videos for beginners.

Totally understand, that’s how I am, I want to see how it works on people I know. I actually love these products I haven’t tried all of them but I will. I never seen an X Pole like that either but it could be an older model, if the silicon on the top of the dome and the bottom of the base is white then it could be a real X Pole

Welcome back, congratulations on getting married and having your son. I’m not sure about linoleum, I know on wood flooring, title it doesn’t hurt it. I would assume on linoleum floor it shouldn’t. Hopefully someone will know the answer.

Yes they should of thought of that, or they should have extensions that are 2 or 3 inches but they don’t they only have the 5 inch increment, the board will work cause I had to do it with mine. I hope you get your pole up soon
