I am starting my pole journey over, I first started poling back in 2012 i bought a pole from a site that sold poles for $160 dollars so any way it would hold my weight up, but my nephew ran and jumped on it and dented it and it came out of its place, so i threw it away. got my second pole in 2015 which is a X pole 45mm xpert titanium gold pole. stopped poling both times, I do regret stopping but at the time (2015) i just got bored. here in 2019 i am doing what i can do and practicing a few moves i want to nail.
