I agree with kellyeperkins, everyone can use a crash mat also, a spotter isn’t always going to be able to catch you, a crash mat will break your fall.

You could get the prices from each place you mentioned and see if they have replacement requirements if something should happen to your pole.

I’m a beginner, I been working on spins and pole sit, climb, to me it seems my spin’s are getting better, I got my basic plank, my climb/crucifix is getting better, I was working on elbow stand’s but it kinda scares me, I’m going to start working on them again, oh I’m making progress in my pole hold I could hold it for a few seconds but that’s still progress from not being able to hold it. I’m working on putting the move’s together.

You made some great accomplishments, good luck to you on your Janeiro hope you get it soon.

Haha pamholderman, I’m still pretty new to Instagram so I’m still figuring things out, you’ll get the hang of it, oh Facebook I don’t like the poke thing, I don’t know why people do that. I haven’t been on Facebook for a while so there’s probably something new on there now.

Pamholderman I had to download instarepost, I couldn’t figure out how to repost things either but if you do download it all you do is synchronize it with your IG account, then you push repost a payment thing pops up just close it out, then hit share and there you go, then caption it. I’m sure you can repost without downloading but I don’t know how to do it yet

I looked them up online the contact number is 801-393-2421 after hours number is 801-678-4515 its $55 dollars for unlimited classes monthly, $25 dollars for weekly unlimited classes, I think the $55 dollars a month is the best deal. They have punch passes not sure what that’s about. I never been to a studio before but I think this one is one to check out..

When you put it together did you (putting the pieces together) put the screws in to tight or snug? If there not snug it will cause it to not spin very good. I did read that some Poles won’t spin very fast..are you giving it enough momentum when in spin mode.

Home poling you can take your time with moves, try not to rush into move’s, make safety your first priority..

I am learning from here only, I would like to take a class some where eventually onnce I get more into intermediate.. I would suggest video taping yourself to see your progress or to see what you need to work on more. This is a great site and so many helpful people..
