Static is where you spin around the pole..spin is where the pole spins and you hold the pose..

It depends on the pole you want, chrome, titanium gold, or brass.. Would you want a removable, permanent or a stage pole..I have a titanium gold xpert xpole, which cost $329 plus shipping.. It is worth the money.. Decide on the finish you want and you definitely will want static/spin cause you will have the option to spin when you choose to..

Look at the website and read up on each pole, there’s xpole, little minx, platinum stages.. Hope this helps..

like veena said you will have the guidance from her, for me being taught at home with only online lessons, you will need to keep yourself motivated and it can be challenging cause some days your not going to want to do your pole work but always make sure you do something else like yoga or walk around the park, I really enjoy the lessons here they are worth the price.. Whatever you decide make sure it’s right for you..
