Felicia I haven’t posted a video in a few years, I use to record myself with movie maker and then when I was ready to post it I would get on this site then go to upload video this should take you to your brows download and click on the video then post,

YouTube isn’t always the best place to learn a move, I suggest you should get the lessons here they are worth it.. I have seen on YouTube that they say a move is a beginner and it’s not, if you can’t afford the lessons yet I prefer emotion catcher on YT and she use to use this site, so I would suggest her videos and she owns her own studio now, good luck

I can only do one climb to, it never hurts my shin though, you could be doing something wrong, it’s normal for the pain to be on your foot, your probably putting to much pressure on your shin. I’m sure the other ladies can give you more info..

I would love to see your progress videos, I am starting back over after 2 years off the pole, there are so many amazing polers on here from beginner to advance, good luck with your pole journey..

It might help, I could try it but I was born with my arms like this, it might not work on me since it wasn’t an injury or surgery etc.

i cant straighten my elbows all the way, if i can take a pic and post it that would help… i would have to post a pic, i cant really explain it, when im in plank there more outward instead of inward, if that makes since
