Thats good to know about the Windex

I was told never to use windex, I think it has an ingredient that makes your pole slippery. I use rubbing alcohol, I have used a little bit (tiny drop) of Ajax dish soap and hot water before and it worked good but not sure if it harms the pole, thats when i had my chrome pole.
I have heard of people using a very strong vodka to clean there pole but why waste the money to clean your pole with vodka.

That does look really cool. Only thing i can say is keep practicing, I never tried to do this type of move but i do want to practice this. sorry i wasnt more help.

Thank you ladies, I will try that lose it app out. I will be eating healthier then what i am now. when i eat healthy i look at sugars, calories, etc

sounds like your doing good, Making wigs sounds fun. I was doing keto for a little while, i was thinking of doing something other then keto here in a couple months.

Hey Quancutie, What have you been up to? I have been working on elbow stand, floor work. since kids are home from school its harder to get free time. i have been pretty consistent for about 2 months now which is good for me.

I have been practicing floor work, pole flow. My body is a little sore so im going to do some foot and wrist exercises today and tomorrow.

The past few days i been doing conditioning for pole and practicing some of the new lessons on here, I have done a few exercises when jeni janover does her live stream on IG. I am going to be paying for the lessons on here in a few days.

My shoulder been sore for a few days so i been relaxing, Today i did floor work, Push grip practice for the first time standing up, and elbow stand practice.

Today i relaxed, tomorrow im going to do day 5 of the invert program, I might start it over and be more consistent with it, Im trying to be consistent especially with the kids being home, yesterday i did do some conditioning exercises.
