Veena has lessons for getting started spins and spinning pole tips in the beginner section, I suggest you watch them. There is the nailed it programs i think you should check them out if you haven’t already. When i first started on spin mode back in 2012 long story i wont bore you with it haha, there wasnt a lesson at the time for me to watch so i figured it out on my own. once i did i loved it, i do all my work on spin. I might try static again since its been a long time i practiced on it.

I know once i get into a routine i will be unstoppable. I could do yoga for my main workout, do some dance workout, plus put pole work in.

Thanks, Veena you moved around quite a bit, I have to. My first son was born in Arizona, My other 3 kids (i have 3 boys and 1 girl) were born in California, I love Arizona. only thing i miss in CA is the beach. I also lived in Oklahoma.
grayeyes Ohio seems like it would be nice to live or even to visit.

thanks, I was wondering cause i like to follow along with the lessons so i will pay on the website.

MemberFebruary 1, 2019 at 3:51 am in reply to: Information/Suggestions on Poles? Where to purchase and pricing? Old Aged Newbie! Lolthere are poles that are permanent and pressure mounted. The diameter of poles are 38mm which is small, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm. I prefer 45mm thats what most people and studios have. I have never tried the 38mm or 40mm so i cant say how they would be.
the finishes are Brass, Titanium Gold, Chrome and stainless steel. oh theres also powder coated
places that i know of to get a pole would be X pole or platinum stages, these poles are strong and made to hold body weight.
price range varies on what pole you get.
my pole is a 45mm X pole titanium gold xpert nx, which was cheaper then the other poles i was looking at. its pressure mounted so i can take it down and put it up when i want.
there are also stage poles.

LatinPoler I am trying to get into the habit of incorporating dance into my pole dance instead of just tricks but im not good at choreography at all so it will take time. I could do zumba, I love dance workouts.
Veena, walking is great, its so cold right now but on a day where its nice out i will start walking.
I am definitely going to start yoga and zumba or cize cause those are workouts i feel i will stick with.
Plus i could keep a journal of what i do and how many minutes i did it for.

my opinion would be that inverting might irritate it more, you could do a side pole hold, if its fine then do as you please. You could do some dancing, hula hooping, cause you dont have to use your shoulder as much.

must haves would be grip aids, high heels, knee pads, leg warmers..
welcome to the site…
were you able to get your pole up yet?

thank you TrixieLovett, I found a tip online to put dry hands on let it dry then spray hairspray on top of it then apply dry hands again. it works really good..

there are some wrist conditioning exercises in the conditioning lessons that you can try, there are routines for strength, core, lower body, back and shoulders, flexibility and stretches. plus there are individual lessons for each movement that are in the routines. hope this helped…
you can look at the 30 day take off and see if thats something you would be able to do.
