I know that would work for me.

What im asking are there any tips or other stretching routines for those that are hopelessly inflexible.
-
Maybe one ligament or muscle can stretch more than the other?
On a very unrelated side note, this pose reminds me of this article from buzzfeed.

Yep, that pole screeching sound is when i know something is about to hurt.
On a side note that cute pup is determined as hell to get attention.

Give this a try

Usually when wearing heels you want to go up in heights over time like (2-3in 4-5in 6-7in) so your foot gets used to the position and stretching rather than being at an odd angle.
Biggest tip is not to go flat footed, don’t stomp, get used to going heel to toe and don’t lean forward or back.
a pretty decent heel video

The issue with vegan diets are energy loss, you can get pretty lethargic if you don’t eat enough. Also avoid diets like those all fruit ones. The only people those work for are those who can get fruits all year round cheaply and people who are incredibly active, in that many of them say eat till you are full then tell you to blend up 10-12 bananas and eat them.
Put simply calories in vs calories out is all you need to know about maintaining weight or losing weight. Set a calorie goal and see if you can hit it while being healthy and vegan or vegetarian all week. After awhile you won’t even have to count how much you get in a day as you will have a good idea of what you are eating.

Pole is something for every gender, body type or weight. From the sounds of it you may have dodged a bullet, inverting that soon sounds like a terrible idea and the blind “my instructor can do no wrong” attitude the owner displayed sounds hazardous to any newbies that step into the studio.
Hopefully you find a better studio or try grabbing a home pole and trying the 30 day takeoff series.

I personally know a lady that teaches hip hop dancing and has made a career out of it. She puts a lot of work into it and it definitely is stressful. Especially since it’s easy to fall behind in your own skills because all of your time is spent teaching others.
I think it will come down to some easy and hard things: do you have the drive to push through hard times, are you creative, is it something you want to do all the time, if you didn’t do it do you think it would be something you regretted not attempting.
Find your reason to make it work or not.
