So I’ve been pretty good about my practice. I think doing the #svpolebasics has helped in keeping me motivated. I’ve also been practicing my handstands & splits stretching. I’ve just not been good at posting on here!
My practice today will focus all on my opposite side – eeek!

Hey there! I had a lazy day as well. I did some light stretching & used my foam roller but man I’m so sore from yesterday. So today was all about football & laundry. Back at it tomorrow though 🙂

My goals for 2015 are:
-Invert smoothly
-Shoulder Mount
-Flow/Freestyle (I suck like no ones business!)
-Superman
-Cupid
-Handstand without a wall, without kicking into it
-Splits…any one of them. I’m also following the 2015 thread here and posted my starting off pictures.
-Yoga more consistently.
-Complete a challenge…I love IG challenges, but have never completed one.
-Run more. I have a jar where I’m keeping track of my miles. I hate cardio but my lungs & heart need it. I need the stamina to last on the pole.So yesterday was my first real practice/workout of the year and I was so excited. I did it all and think I over did it. I am so sore, I’ve been using the foam roller. I need to figure out a schedule where I don’t over it.

I just saw this! I’m in too!! Splits are one of my goals for 2015. I’ll get my pics in today or tomorrow then probably monthly. 🙂

Thanks Allyson. This is definitely a challenge for sure, and this is the longest I’ve ever gone in a challenge! I usually give up by Day 5. So this is good for me. Thinking of starting Veena’s take off & Ab challenge!
