I don’t do this everyday either, but am still following the 30 day plan in order as it fits in my schedule. I also run once a week, go to my pole studio once a week and do yoga. It seems to fit in perfectly somehow 🙂
I’ve been poling since March and still suck lol. My classmates seem to be moving up in levels quickly while I’m still stuck in level 2…but…I’m obsessed! Can’t stop, won’t stop! Keep at it, look at your own improvements n be proud of every little accomplishment 🙂
