Brett. This is my experience: I am 23 + 31 years of experience (do the math), that is how i express my age!. I have own a pole for 2 years, and I used it only for physical therapy. I had some DVD's on pole dancing and instructions….Never learned anything! I bought Veenas lessons 3 months ago and in only 3 months I learn to hold the pole. climb the pole and strengthen my R. arm. This lessons are the best thing that have happen to my life and my rehab..sooo do not even doubt yourself…I am sure that if you get lessons through Veena,and you are consistent and get your own pole you will get very far…GOOD LUCK.

Love the list, and will add one more…I am a nurse and work at a hospital. I do not know how many here are RN's, but the IV poles are extremelly atractive to me and every time I have the opportunity and I am ALONE! I try to move around them humming a song in my mind…Is that sick? Please tell me that some one else does it too.
