Xpole breaking?
I find that hard to believe. I can imagine the dome sliding off a bit from not being screwed right though.

will mighty grip work on my inner thighs?
from my experience. It does work, but it gives you MAJOR pole burn as your sliding down.I thought it was a genious idea at the time. Which turned out to be well…. ingenious. lol.

yay! sweater time. now that fall is coming in.
perfect timing! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

mighty grip! mighty grip! mighty grip! lol.
At first i had trouble sticking to the pole due to super sweaty hands. And I would already be warmed up and everything… And then, i bought mighty grip. best thing ever for a person like me.
sitting on the pole, doing a hangback, and a crucifix. not a problem though. at big thighs are useful for something/ lol.
good luck!

i am new to pole fitness and have watched tons of videos of how to but i cant lol! my lega are bruised and sore, my arms hurt and i wasnt even doing anything crazy, just basic attempts. does anyone have any advice on some trcks that will strengthen my body to be prepared for the pole? i dont want to be bruised all the time ! i need help < pouting > https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
You’re gonna bruise…. EVENTUALLY.With Every new pole more learned, a new bruise will come along.
I’m a beginner too, and I bruised majorly doing fireman spins on my first tries.
The next day? My arms were unbelievably sore.15 days later, I now many spins….I’m hardly bruised, my muscles don’t hurt at all. And yes, I practice almost everyday.
I only have bruises on my inner thighs from sitting on the pole,
So don’t worry about it, your skin gets used to having contact with the pole, which means less bruises.
The more you do a move, your muscles gains muscle memory which means, your muscles are just getting used to the strenuous work that its doing while holding certain moves.Keep this in mind: Every bruised you get, It’s a new move learned.
That’s the way I see.

Whenever I wipe my pole, my purpose is to take the handprints off and to make it more grippier…
I use half alcohol half water, spray it on the pole… then wipe it down with a regular small towel.
-
dang girl, you got skills. lol.
nice nice.
heck im down, but i still need to perfect my basic invert before i move on to anything like that. awwww.

If poling work outs your biceps, i’m pretty sure it can work your abs out!
