Hey hun, you are totally normal! I could not hold my own body weight for at least a few weeks and I would be unable to lift my arms above my head for days after a good pole session when I was first starting out. It took me over a month of practicing 2-3 days a week to be able to climb and sit and even then it burnt my skin like crazy. And don’t even get me started on the bruises…
