43 next week. Started poling aged 40 and pushed by my 9 yold daughter who saw a portable playground on YT. Never did any sport so couldn’t imagine pulling up myself on a pole. So i told my daughter i world buy one only of i was Abel to pull myself. That is when Veena came along. Did the strenght routine adapted to the staircase and hoy a Pole 3 weeks later. Had to remove a lámp and the ironboard to fit the portable playground. I never ironed since👍. I have been off Pole for a year. Taking ir easy and Will soon be back so as life is so much easier poling….

None of us should waste a minute of our lifes on nonsense comments. I found this web looking for ideas to run one (non pole related). ended up getting the lessons and bying a pole. Guess wich one…. Does it matter? The thing is me an my 2 daughters are hooked on it thanks to this comunity i am more tolerant, less critical and more possitive. Please don’t change. Love your real names.
