Hi girl!!!! Don’t worry about you bf, keep on pole dancing, but may be you shall talk with him about the way he’s making you feel…. I mean he could be jealous, I understand (mine where a bit, well, not reassured when I told him I wanted to start pole dancing..), but he’s mean with you, and he hurts you feeling. You could ask him to try some moves, this way he could "feel" what pole is directly, and may be understand you better? But one thing is sure, if pole become (or already are) a subject of anger in your couple, you really have to find a solution, cuz neither him or you will handle it for long…
Hope you’ll find a way to reconcile your bf with the pole!!

I don’t know if it will help but I call it "spin off floor" or "spin up" (I think I learnt it on a DVD), and there’s a lot of variations (cross leg, attitude, cradle,…).

I’m from France and I want to start teaching pole dancing classes too! I’m going to pass a first-aid certificate and just the theoric part of the french sport instructor diploma (cuz I don’t have a good level in another sport to pass all the diploma, but it will teach me all the anatomic part, psychology, administrative stuff,…).

In France, actually you don’t need any diplome to open a pole school, but I prefer to have something. There is also some formations in Paris for teaching pole with different level. So I will try a diplome and see!!
And in Spain, how does it works?
