1-is there a diff bet exotic dancing vs pole fitness?
As far as tricks n spins no,just dance styles,pole fitness there’s more flexible leeway,the dance could be clean n artist or sexy n dirty,but exotic dancing it’s strictly all sexy grinding

2-do I think people should use stage names when they perform/go to class or use their real name?
For class,just keep it real,no reason to hide,
For comp performance,it could go either way,
If you’re at a club,then an alias is best

3-do I think pole should be a family sport or keep it as adults only?
Hmm,this is complicated,I think it should be primarily an 18+ activity only because it’s tough explaining the seedier history of pole and justifying your child doing something that will always have a seedy history,that and since kids can pick on the stuff quicker than adults comp wise it puts adults at a disadvantage in terms of that

4-do I think studioveena should be an 18+ site?still mulling over that one,never thought about it really

I very briefly dated a guy whom when I told him I pole n do silks here is what he had to say bout pole ” no,why r u doing that?now ur going to work in the strip clubs,I hate it,u can’t touch it!” To which I said ” no,I’m not going there n I just do this for me”,as for the silks I showed a pic of me doing a back bend on a hammock n his response was “omg that’s crazy,why do you do it?”,mind you he surfs but that’s fiiine….needless to say for alot of reasons he’s no longer around

Pole has changed my life by helping me accept my height,I always felt insecure bc of it,I’m 5′ 3/4″,always envied taller n much taller women n felt that they had it better than me bc of that,pole has made me appreciate my height by making me realize that height is not at all req to spin n spec climb high altitudes n that being tall can actually hinder that,so thank you pole for making me feel ok about being a shortie ☺
