Ooh I have one,”you’d love to do some street poling on a lamp post, pole, etc…but realize that the weather is just not warm enough to do that yet,so you just do some dance moves on it,walk away from it and visualize when you will be able to do an invert on them

I feel the same way in terms of class size for pole dancing,I used to take an open level class that had an upwards of 30 students,I learned only as much as I could but was always frustrated that I didn’t advance further and that was why,I was sharing poles with five others and was afraid to try anything advanced because I didn’t have the instructor’s attn.it took me two plus yrs to finally just leave and go to a studio where the levels are more broken down and class size tops out at 12 the most and usually average under ten

@englann86,thank you for posting youtube link to this video,i loved it,very rare to see pole dancing in music videos nowadays, even rarer to see music videos to begin with, makes me long for the days when music videos were relevant and when pole dancing used to be featured regularly on hip hop videos.

Have the same prob, inverts ok,hand/headstands,ok too,but cross ankle/release scares me,I’m trying to figure out ways to get over it,I’m at a loss, besides crash mats,is there a psychological way of getting over that fear?

@kaygee,yeah def there’s just no educating some people, learn to ignore those idiots and just essentially laugh at them bc let’s face it,they are a joke, people like that are basically not wordly n just downright ignorant, educating
them is a waste of time.congrats though on reaching such a large base of people already, that’s not easy to do,you should def think about maybe teaching for the future, your great pole ambassador

@arryferrarri,you should check out platinum stages, they have the star standalone 3.0 model,it’s a free standing pole with a built-in circular stage,it’s spin/static so it’s like getting 2 poles in one, with a stage,so height or space wouldn’t be a prob since you could place it anywhere really

Not sure if my advice might help you any,but I knew someone years ago from when I worked in the clubs whose implants looked so natural,I couldn’t tell they were fake to begin with, turns out,her plastic surgeon is a woman,I think that should be taken into consideration as they’re more in tune to the female body than male docs would be
