    I’m the same way with running. Can’t bend after a run and my job requires me to run. I know there’s actually some really good science behind the increased flexibility during your cycle. I just can’t find my source at the moment. I think I’m going to bump my flexibility training up to twice a week next month. Pics are every month right?

    Splits are my 2015 goal too! I’m in. I’ve been poling for a little over a year now. However I can’t afford the veena lessons to use as a guide. My studio offers a stretch class so I’ll be going to that more. I’ve also resolved to drink more water and stretch after I run.

    Make sure the three adjuster screws are in there nice and tight. It could also be that the pole isn’t tight enough or too tight overall. Make sure it is perfectly straight by using a level and that it spins freely on spin mode. Mine was doing the same thing when I first got it.
