With only a breast lift you will have more scaring then just an augment. They have to go under the breast and make a keyhole shaped incinsion…the aeroles are the circle or top of the keyhole and they pull the breast tissue together. so scar under, then a scar line vertical to a scar around the aerioles. I had a modified lift with implants over the muscle 15 years ago. I've never had a problem with mine. I have a lot of breast tissue to begin with so I opted for a modified reduction with an implant. I still ended up a little bigger. Went from a 32DD to a 32DDD. I would love to be just a D. Boobs are awkward, but I didnt want the "scars" at the time. If I could do it over agian I would have just done the reduction/lift.
Some people encapsulate some dont. Remember…if you get implants you WILL have to get them replaced/removed at some point.. they wear out eventually. Dont get an implant larger then you should…you could have the skin start to pull away from the sternum wall. If you dont have very much breast tissue on your own..going under the muscle will help hide the implant sack…but you will have the muscle contract on it and it will change the shape of the implant during the contraction. If you go over the muscle and you do not have very much breast tissue to start with you will see the ripples of the implant. It will be more noticable when you bend over. Silicone feel more real, but saline you will know right away if the implant has ruptured.

@amy…yep pole is so easy..NOT….I dont even remember Gymnastics being THIS frustrating. Sometimes I feel like a small snail trying to traverse across a giant football field in my progress with the pole, but I keep coming back for more:)

What should you do (or where should you look) with your eyes?I did Amy and I have been practicing a little every time, but I notice that I tolerate it better sometimes and not others…It really seems that it has to do with where or what I look at. Looked up at the ceiling one time and had to end the session after that….then I looked at the Pole another time and it seemed to help…then that it stopped helping…so it wasnt because I was looking at the Pole.

I like the Lucia…they have more coverage for under your butt, but not a lot of tummy coverage.

You mght want to consider trying to lease hours out of another type of fitness facility.(until you get big enough to justify your own space)..get a a couple non permenant poles that will work for that space. It might be a win/win just because they might need the money. Get a very very good contract with the club. Hire a legal professional for that. I think 15,000.00 is on the low end of what a business might take to open and keep running. Feel LUCKY if you flatline the first year…because it is a process and you need to be in it for the long haul. If you only have a couple months of reserves…wait until you have a years worth and then consider your own space.

Ps…I meant just tell the instructor you do not need help or something like that.
-
The instructor should ask you first if you would like help…"permission to make contact with you" and if she "cant get" it that you are uncomfortable she sucks! "If in doubt, go without" Just tell the instructor that you dont want any help on that stretch. And tell her that you need a modification of that "ab" exercise" because it doesn't feel right in your back. (she/he should have noticed that something was off and asked you)
It's sad to see that someone has to be so cautious when taking a fitness class with a supposed trained professional. The instructor doesnt have to know everything….but I will tell you this…you can see it on a persons face and there body language when things arnt flowing. I teach my students to respect their body and get to know it. It's the "little funny feelings" or "wow, that DIDNT feel right" you always get your warnings before an injury occurs. And it is not a "pain" signal.
for you to even mention this is telling me that you are very close to injury if you are feeling uncomfortable with what this is instructor is doing.
All my students know that the only time I get "upset" with them is when they don't tell me how they feel. Everyone has an off/weak day. All my clients are very used to someone in the class doing some type of modification of an exercise..no one feels like the "loser" in class cause they are doing something a little different..because at some point everyone has a modification. I always Start my class with how is everyones bodies today…Usually it takes a few minutes for everyone to "confess" how they are feeling…Often I will see something off and aks…"hey Sarah…what's going with your shoulder" or I just quietly going over them to and make a little adjustment. It depends on their personality.

I have the Clarisonic… love it. i use my own cleanser and the blue sensitive skin brush. It's your gorgeous face…Dont cheap out on it. You are worth it. If you get the regular clarisonic you can also get the body brush head…Amazing..skin will be like silk. It helps take all the extra skin so that your products will absorb better. ..so it saves you money because you use less product.
I do not use the clarisonic every day on my face, I break out a little if I use it too hard and too long.

Work the muscles in your hips to help support your SI joint better..Ex..the side leg series in Pilates..Which means lye on your side, hips stacked, and do small leg lifts, keeping pelvis neutral, and body stacked( dont make a banana shape on the floor) do leg circles and also lift your lower leg up to the top leg to work the small, intrinsic inner thigh muscles. (dont let your knee rotate up towards the ceiling either)
@ – make sure when you are doing your glute exerscises that you are staying absolutely neautral in your pelvis…which means…if you tuck your pelvis under, or round your back at all…you are letting the hamstrings do most of the work and that will make your SI joint worse. It's very easy to do glute exerscises wrong, engage your pelvic floor and transverse too. Kegal…kegal…kegal
