or grab a area rug. or some furnature to put over the carpet if there is a ring, and just keep vaccuming it, i had a carpet washer thing and that helped, but it also depends on what type of carpet too.

not sure if you have carpet or floor where your xpole sits.. but that is the other thing, my old apartment i had, they told me i had to put something under it, becasuse they didnt want their carpet ruined. (it makes a worse inprint then most furnature)… so i did.. but that might be their other concern.. also some places if you have nice hard wood floors they might be more concerned about that.. even though we know it wont ruin it..

but yes there is also the actual xpole video that comes with xpole itself. on youtube just type in xpole installation and as the other girl had said, there is one on here.. take the dome, and bottom off, throw them in the closet and leave the whole pole together and throw it under the bed..

you can do it.. actually we should set you up on video chat and maybe walk you through it if need be..

ya.. but get the xpert pole.. its bottom loading.. much easier. You will have to get it from the states,, or off of here not sure what veena all has on this site, but i know the xpole.com site does not have them on the canada one.. just the older top loading xpoles..

well im pretty rusty haha havent had time in a few years..

well my 2nd floor is only 7 1/2 feet. but i have carpet so i rarly use heels if doing things, my main floor is higher. but less space around, so i move the pole where i need it lol. but it think a lot of people struggle with either or..

i just didnt keep going at divas because once i started learn inverts etc, it was sketchy and i kept slipping off the pole lol. but ya the owner and the girls are super nice youll enjoy it. It is a great stepping stone, and you can see if you really like it then buy a pole, at least with the xpert poles, they are removable, so if you dont have a lot of room just take it out once your done, and put it away.. its super handy when i lived in apartments. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

well the first few classes are ok, as divas has their 3 levels pretty organized, and you are just spinning on the poles, but man when i tried to sit on the pole. it was hard haha.. but i think if you can do it on a slippery steel pole you can do it on anything lol…

well you can buy poles off here.. but buy a new xpert xpole they are great.. no ladder..

well if your ever free i always like having people here to practice with..

but youll see the difference if you have tried a pole compared to the steel poles..

but the first few levels at divas are fun, the girls are great, usually the owner teaches them.. so its fun.

I have been to divas, was too disorganized once you get to the higher levels… oh and to boot. the studios here in winnipeg do not own actual poles, they are just steel poles, so they are slippery which blows LOL..

I have had my pole (top loading) for 4 years, and i have the same "problem" not sure if it is a problem or just the way it is.

If i stand there and go to just "spin it", it either will wobble back to the spot, but if i go to actually do pole work on the pole it will go forever.

All my poles are straight, and no problems when doing the floor test. I honestly think its tuffer to just spin it on its own so if you do any inverts(sorry dont know names lol), it wont be spinning constantly except when you force it to spin with momentum.

Well i will forsure try that, but ya i find that odd why that would do that to my chrome, but not my friends brass.. jeezz lol..

Well i am going to get my partner to take it apart, i also never use to take it apart to clean etc, so that could be another reason.

So, I still have major troubles undoing every last piece, mostly the middle two big poles that connected in the middle. I have a chrome 50mm xpole, and even if i put it up for one day and not tighten it lots, i cannot get the pieces apart. I can remove only the top dome piece from the rest, but the bottom, and the three poles in between stay stuck… I have tried stuff that is meant for a pole so it wont seize up, and other greases and anti-lock stuff from my partner who is a machinist.

I actually have to get my partner to take the pole to work and get them to put it into a rotating machine and shove the rods into the holes to loosen it. I have had muscular men of all sizes try to pry it apart, and no luck lol.. I even Had to move from Vancouver with it all in tacked except for the dom..LOL

I really want to know if maybe its a defect or there is something else i can use on the threads, because i want a portable pole lol… I have had it for 4 years now and most of the time i can keep it up where it is, but i want to be able to take it places and it is posing great difficulty… and another girl bought the brass xpole and hers comes down like a dream.
