I love this post! I hav small hands and thanks to this( pics helped a lot, as I hav never put my hand around a 50) I am sticking with my 45! 🙂

wow thanks for those pics! looks like a signifcant enuf gap for me to stay with my 45 since i still find myself slipping as it is, need all the grip i cant get!! thanks 🙂

i plan on getting a 45mm because i have small hands, ordering this weekend!! so excited for an exercise that isnt like a chore, i hope i enjoy it, im pretty sure i will 🙂

queenie: i have heard that alot that ss and chrome are slippery in cold weather. heard brass has more grip and tg is kinda like brass. was wanting to try brass too but its expensive.

aerialmck: that sounds good then, powder coated for me because i am a beginner. ps love big thighs 😉 thick is sexy

Queenie: i kno i am loving the color part! and hoping the powder coat finish will work well for me, ive read good things about it. i really wanted TG expert also but they are more expensive plus x pole never got back to me, i need a custom size for shorter ceilings. what finish expert do you have? thanks for your reply! 🙂

ramblerchick- thanks for that idea!! i suppose if for some reason the regular pole doesnt work i could get a stage.
