you also need base and top coat for these.

helps the polish last longer.

It takes practice to do the steps right (watch youtube tutorials) but my nails last 14 days or more depending on how well i’ve done my manicure. I was inspired by this blog http://www.chickettes.com/ and the cost of gel manicures at the salon 🙂

also from my own experience it is very important to be gentle this is serious stuff 😛

I have the same problem but my hands are dry and sweaty. Anyways, dry hands only works for so long and I am constantly wiping my hands off and re applying and wiping my pole off… So frustrating ! I’ve sent away for a bottle of this http://www.amazon.ca/iTAC2-Regular-Strength-Absolute-Control/dp/B0047WPYGC I’ve tried it before in studio and it was really grippy so… Hope this works for at home use too 😊 maybe it will work for your problem as well?
