I’m in Mass but the closest 1 is an hr away (1 way). I am trying (but not getting very far as do’nt really know where to start looking..) to start classes here. i can def teach beginner/intermediate https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_study.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_batman.gif (my most adv. moves would be things like superman -> chopper, shoulder mount -> crucifix, split grip aysha -> superman ect.). i was thinking of trying to do pole parties, but again am a little lost as to where to even start the legal stuff (insurance, permits??) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif
if you really can’t find anything nearby, i would def recommend getting veena’s lessons (they’re viewed on-line and are available 24/7) esp now that she’s going to be adding more. i have taken a total of 4 classes and the rest was self-taught w videos, dvds, V’s lessons, and trial n error. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif

thanks veena! ya i was worrying since went to derm in april and was told to have the moles removed. didnt have insurance, so had to wait till just now to have biopsies (have good but not very affordable insurance now). i am just soooo relieved and made some new vids to celebrate. wow sorry to hear that happened to you. i also got stitches today. had 2 moles biopisied (my father just had 11 cancerous moles removed and was diagnosed w melanoma in 04 so ..whew..) and have stitches for the next 2 weeks. forgot to ask if it was ok to pole. am worried about messing things up. am dying to jump on pole right now as took the night off. guess am just going to use this time to finally get back to stretching while i let these stitches do their job. don’t worry about the sm. i could not for the life of me get this one and than one night it just clicked (like scorp handstand last night). do you have any vids of you trying the move? have you tried from the floor? can you do an inverted thigh hold? sometimes easier than doing it from gemini.
