drinking tea is a great way to get your water intake as well as antioxidants, but decaf has less benefits (same w coffee) and you will absorb more of the antioxidants if you use lemon. you can use an actual lemon or i use these little packs with evaporated lemon or lime juice. putting milk in your tes makes it much harded for your body to absorb the good stuff as well ( i am a health magazine buff for years now)
    \
fish oil and a regular mulit vitamin is what i take.
get enough sleep (good luck. i never do https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif )
try to manage your stress (wo overeating/spending/smoking ect)
be physically active for atleast 20mins a day
induldge in things you enjoy (dancing, at home spa nights, writting, knitting, whatever)
stay positive as much as possible! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif

I am so sorry to hear you are struggling with health issues. i can relate to the being bounced around from doc to doc while waiting to figure out whats wrong and how unbeliveably frustrating it can be. i had a rash all over my body (except thankfully my face) 3x in 7 months and each time has taken over a month to heal. went from doc, to derm, to clinic, to ER and was FINally told i had porosis due to untreated strep infection. i took pills, used creams, and for the first time in my life went to a tanning bed bc was told it would help shut down my immune system (bc it went into overdrive fighting the strep infection) even though i also went in to have a mole biopsied (my dad had skin cancer and my mole has changed alot lately..never got it done bc didnt have h. insurance at the time..still waiting .. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif ) i STILL have the rash basically everywhere although much much better that the first month or 2 ( started this last time end of april)
my father also. he busted his ass all his life working 2 hard labor jobs and finally at 63 retired thinking for the first time in his life he was going to enjoy life ( he had it very very hard growing up and throughout his adult life ) only to come down with a myrid of serious health issues. ( he was just about blind for awhile..and lives alone on 3rd floor.. skin cancer, glaucoma, lymphoma, deep vein thumbrosis (blood clot that can travel from leg to lung and kill you almost instanly) ect. it really breaks my heart that he never got to travel or have fun and now his health had declined so much. i didnt want to try and make this about my or my fam, just wanted to let you know your not alone, we are all here to give you love and support, you don’t need heartless people as friends (esp when you have such amazing, big hearted people right here) and i am personally here anytime if you want to /need to vent or talk. if you want my email address just send me a request through the site. hope your being strong as you can be and when my mom goes to a gospel fest at the beach sat. i will have her pray for you and ask the others to do the same. ( it has been proven scientifically people who are prayed for, even if they don’t know they are being prayed for heal faster, and regain health more quickly than those who do not. can’t remember where read that, but wish i could https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif ) HUGS!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

i went to the park the other day and waited almost an hour and half to go on the pole ( even though that was my main reason for going) bc there were kids around and even though i had on shorts/tank top and flip flops ( not too sexy ) and wasnt planning on grinding or doing anything even a little sexual, i still felt weird so i just waited. just curious what do people think of poling at the park/in public if kids are around? i know some of you are moms so how would you feel if your kids were on the playground and a stranger started doing inverts and spins on a pole? i know outright i wouldnt have been doing anything wrong or weird, just didnt want parents/kids to feel uncomfortable… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

you know its funny before my pole came i went on a serious hunt for any pole that would be suitable to try some spins on and was pretty disappointed street signs around here are mostly square shaped ( probably bc of peeps like me that see any pole as a chance to play) and the rounded st.signs are too wide. the other day ( now that i have 2 poles in my home) i found a park that has a skinny pole. (prob skinnier than the 45mm) and its a little crowded so cant do too much but i did the chopper and a couple of other basic spins. now that i know about this will b stopping by after work most days to hit the playground https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_batman.gif poling outside is great. will try to get a pic soon. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
