honestly so many things affect grip i just work w what i got that moment there are sometimes days in a row i have almost no grip and can do even gemini/catipilar ect and other days i am sticking and holding in ways i didnt think were possible on day i dont have good grip i just roll w it do basic spins/floorwork/twirls/poses ect

ps let me put it this way the $$ you spend on an x is going to be ALOT cheaper than a trip to the ER if you fall over on 1 of those cheap poles

i mean there i am alone in the dark laid out flat on my back just completely stunned w a pole on top of me https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_pale.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif i;m just gald i only tried a basic spin and not an invert https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_silent.gifi have my poles 1 on thick carpet w padding the other on hardwood floor no mat/carpet my friends bf weighs over 200lbs and inverts jumps on it ect and i also have put pole through some rounds w heavier people and rough hosing and my pole has stayed secure https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif i would def say always give it a real good push/ pull before stating a session and throughout if poling for more than a few songs ( only takes a second to check between songs and could save injury) well again so glad to hear you have matrix skills and were able to just do a sommersault and land in front of the olympic judges on your feet https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_batman.gif ( dont mind me i am suppouse to be sleeping in to catch up on week of not sleeping, but my doves are singing to me to let me know they’re up so i should be too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_salut.gif lol ok sorry such long post https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_colors.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_compress.gif

ok so i finally got to the root of the problem as far as getting a usb cable that will fit camera i went to sony.com and ordered the 1 for my cam should be here in 5 5-6 days https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif so as far as mac i dont want to have to mess around w buying specfic mac items as far as printer ect but you say thats not the case? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif

1)quality I am willing to spend a little more than planned for a good quality/long lasting computor
2) user friendly I am not good (as we all know https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif ) w computors ect so I need something easy to understand and that is basically user friendly with uploading videos/editing pictures
3) I need something i can connect an mp3 player to for downloading music and cd burned/dvd player
