ps… how did you get into it? i can only get into it by getting into crucifix and going into handstand with thighs gripping pole and ankles crossed than reaching behind me. oh i agree i am also search challenged i am basically computor challenged in general https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif anything to make it easier would be great i still can not seem to find saschas floor moves video typed the adress in but no luck will keep trying. so was wondering how everyone is doing with their resolutions
i have been on the pole alot more, strectching started good, but have slacked off, -4 of 10lbs wanted to lose, learned reverse climb, superman (but only way can do it is going from crucifix into handstand, letting feet corss at ankles sliding down pole a little with legs and than reaching behind would like to be able to do from shoulder mount or some other more advanced way but am still happy https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ), extended butterfly, and posted pics now need to learn a few more moves off list, lose 6lbs (better than 10 https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif ) and get back to stretching esp for splits so overall pretty good https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

yes have pics on email now as friend was able to load them to her comp and than send to me just not sure how to select the pics i want to post on here (as there are 3-4 pics on each email) and get them here sent pics to sascha so thats a start, but would like to post pics here as far as video actually have done a few challenges 2 vids for props challenge, but after spending alot of $$ and time on things that havent worked, i was told by best buy staff that i will need to have some sort of port installed on my comp as camera is too new for old comp. so more $$ and time, but can’t do right now (due to price of labor to have installed) am disappointed bc have been trying for months now to post very frustrating good news if/when ever do manage to post will make up for lost time with posting a few vids at once

oh thats not bad at all i do want to use with mp3 that was my biggest concern with a flat rate not much good if can only listen to on the comp. thanks!
