my doctor told me it was fine but i’m pretty sure at a certain point she said no inverts, maybe that was the second trimester?

MemberApril 11, 2014 at 9:13 am in reply to: Do I have to be very advanced in pole dance to work at a stripclub?when you audition be confident! wear something simple that you can move well in, a bikini, or a short sexy simple dress. also, don’t make the mistake of thinking all your money comes from stage dancing. that is only a small part of it. to make money and stay employed you will have to give lap dances. i can give you lots of tips that worked for me as a dancer if you pm me. but for your original question, no you don’t have to be very advanced at all. you will make more money doing sexy floorwork that will draw customers to want lap dances from you

MemberApril 5, 2014 at 7:03 pm in reply to: Has anyone worked as a dancer or a stripper in a club?hi! i have worked as a dancer and the money can be great! but it can also be terrible! just depends on how busy your club is and how hard you work! i worked at a club in ohio, usa. on any given day i could make $0, or the most in one day was about 700. but on average, at least 1-300. i’d check out tuscl.net to see if they have a listing of clubs in your area to read their reviews so you can get an idea what clubs are nicer. if you have specific questions on working once you start, feel free to message me i’d be happy to give you tips

one thing i learned from veena is to really lean to the side in a sit. its pretty impossible to sit straight up. so i cross my right leg over the left, lean to the right, and stretch my left leg towards the right and that really locks me in.

i can empathize…i have a yoga tape i try to do but i can never get through bc its so…freaking…boring! i do enjoy stretching out after poling tho so maybe just do some pole work first to get you warm and then you will have a reason to need to stretch
