i agree that the way to tell a kid about it is that it’s a piece of exercise equipment and only do tricks around them. i truly believe that if we are taught something is bad then we think it is but there is nothing bad about taking care of yourself and choosing to be a sensual woman who is proud to be one! -
well first off you can do some neck stretches…. to the left, right, and forward but dont tilt your head back, that’s not good for your neck…
what i did before i got my pole was practice my headstands at the end of the couch… so when my legs flipped up they were hitting the end of the couch….
to do this on the pole, grab the pole at the bottom with both hands and position your forearms/elbows then your head, then flip up.
i hope this helps, i know its hard to describe moves for me lol https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif

i know how you feel, i am one of those people it is NOT OK to touch if i don’t know you or don’t invite you to touch lol…one time i was at school (college) reading a book in the lobby of a building, and i have bad eyes that are pretty obvious because i have to read so close…and this teacher came up to me and touched my leg and was like "do you need glasses?" UGH https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif like i’m too stupid to go to the doctor…she is so lucky i didn’t just up and slap her for touching me like that…so i know how you feel lol its good to vent sometimes https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/alien.gif

well i think i will teach them how to walk sexy with confidence, so even if someone doesn’t feel comfortable learning any tricks they can at least look like a pro walking around the pole…other than that i will teach some spins…a basic fireman, attitude, chair spin maybe…i will also put together a routine to show them some more intermediate moves i can do

hi! i have small hands and i was considering getting the 45mm but i got the 50mm and i can’t say i have any complaints. the papers that came with my pole said the weight limit is 220

my ceiling is just above nine feet…i used the smaller extension it comes with. also you have to unscrew the top a LOT to make sure its is really tight…when i installed mine it seemed sturdy but it moved a little when i did a spin, so i had to wait for help installing, you just need to make sure the top is really tight to the ceiling
