I would say every night headaches aren’t normal. For a long time I would get migraines on a regular basis; wouldn’t wish them on my worse enemy. No one was ever able to do much for mine, and they eventually lessened (hormones? diet? atmospheric pressure? pick one, who knows?). Still, if I were you I’d see a doctor about it. Normal headaches don’t typically come with nausea.

Thanks polergirl, i’ll try that next time, maybe later tonight. I got the CKR today too, (good day for me!) coming back up into a pole sit really works the abs, so maybe i’ll try doing like CKR crunches?! lol!
I do CAR crunches….I figure while I’m up there I might as well get a little extra workout. HA! I also do elbow stand to CAR to pole sit pretty often.

When you do them, reallllllly concentrate on crunching your ab muscles to lift your knees. If you don’t feel they’re getting worked, you may be using your back muscles more, or your hip flexors (which do require some ab assistance).

I have coveted that second pair for the LONGEST time–who doesn’t want shoes that look like they’re wearing little corsets?? But they so don’t fit my feet right, no matter how many different times I try them on "just to see" lol.

Okay I’ll be honest, I can’t do it from my knees, but I seem to be able to do it on my tippy toes. Is there anything in specific I should work on to strengthen my abs and make sure I can do it right?

If those seem easy, switch to extended leg raises, or go up into a knee raise, then extend your legs and slowly let them back down. Those last two will put hair on your chest, lol.

A vid would help. Two things that can help you test whether you’re jumping or kicking: can you invert from a kneeling position? Or (slightly less hard but still a pretty good test) can you do it while standing on your tippy tippy tippy toes so that you know you aren’t jumping or kicking?

I think it also depends on your foot shape. I wear a 7.5 but have to go up to an 8 in most shoes because, while I don’t have wide feet in general, the ball of my foot must be a titch wide. I can’t squinch my feet into a size 7 and can’t imagine that heating them up would stretch them enough to make it happen.
If it’s possible, I’d recommend maybe finding a place where you can try on a pair for your first purchase. After that, you’ll know your preferred size/style and can order online. ?

There used to be this vid of these ladies that did a dance on what I think was a subway car. It was certainly some from of public transport. It was some sort of dare, if I remember correctly. It’s no longer in the place that I knew where it was, but some searching on YT ought to turn it up.

Oh, that little kitten romper is TDF!!
I want booty shorts that are not so low-cut on top as to roll down *right* when I’m in the middle of an inversion or some trick that does not allow me to pull them back up. Maybe this is a function of the cut more than the type of short, but I haven’t found any yet, and they make me feel blechy about my little pooch. Boo.

When I am having trouble making a routine, I will just map out a few big things, then freestyle everything else. Like if a particular moment really begs for a reverse grab, or CAR, or whatever, I’ll plan for that and just try to hit those marks. It looks less rehearsed but I still feel like I’m in control of it, lol.
