Yes it is normal. The more you do it the less it hurts 🙂

My hubby doesn't care if I pole one way or the other and does not understand or support the idea of videoing especially floorwork or sensual pole. I respect him and I don't see his view as unreasonable so I keep it tricks only and dance in private. keeps us both happy. We have our shared interests also.

No tips I just want to say its awesome you are doing that for a charity!

I've dropped 70 lbs by cutting wheat and gluten out of my diet which helped regulate my insulin level which was the reason why I could not get under 200 lbs. Aside from that learning that hunger is not an emergency helps keep me from overeating. If I have eaten then I know I wont die of starvation if I deny myself that extra meal or food. I don't count anything and I no longer weigh I just use clothes as a tool to know if I am still where I should be. If I cannot fit into my tight jeans I just evaulate what I have been eating a little closer. With my blood sugars in check I no longer crave sweets at all so that makes it really easy to avoid the obvious fattening foods. But if I want something I allow it and don't allow any guilt or worry about it. Do things now at your current weight and size that make you feel good about yourself. If you haven't already get a checkup to see if insulin or thyroid could be a reason for your struggle with weight loss.. These are just what helped me finally lose weight after trying everything and having no success. most importantly is I feel great, if you feel ill or miserable and deprived all the time then your chosen weight loss methods are not right for you. best wishes

Coconut oil is great for boosting immune health depending on where you live and how much sunshine you get you may benefit from Vitamin D drops. Sugar weakens the immune system and can stimulate systemic yeast overgrowth which can make you very sick and tired so avoiding processed sugar is also a biggy for keeping health in control.

I have been keeping an eye out for a craigslist mirror, I had a huge wall one for 1 dollar lined up but the poster had a funeral to attend and never got back to me.

Weights have made me have firm pecs but saggy deflated breast tissue. I want a lift one day also!

Friendly reminder for those depending on IUD to keep you pregnancy free right now. Check your strings. Mine fell out and baby number 3 resultedhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif I don't remember much from the insertion except mild cramping but I also had it done while I was having the spinal headache from a botched epidural so maybe it was masking the pain.

When it is something medical I am a wimp especially stomach involved things like aches, cramps, contractions I guess because my body sends the "something is wrong" signals for those things but with pole, piercings and tattoos since it is voluntary I can talk myself through the pain and know nothing is wrong and get through it easier.
Spinal Headache-10
Gallbladder surgery-8
Back tattoo-3
arm band tattoo-2
naval piercing-4
tongue piercing-2
Knee hold-4

Yes, I have them also, but not just during the night its all day with multiple shirt changes because the sweat is around my stomach and back only. It is odd and I haven't found any solution except to freeze myself during those days to keep dry as much as possible. Where do you sweat, is it your midsection also?

First suspect for gastric issues would be gluten and grains. I would start with eluminating those. As for meal planning it is daunting at first but once you get a good regime it will become second nature. The most invaluable website on nutrition is the Weston A Price foundation. Implementing what I have learned about health and nutrition from that site, has greatly improved my health. Good luck!
