Flirty Girl pole is one screw into the ceiling disguised as a plant hook and rubber non slip pad at the bottom, the pole is aluminum. I have had big time ceiling damage from it shifting and digging 2-3inches up inside my ceiling I cannot even see the "plant hook" anymore its so far up there which the good thing is its not going to fall down the bad thing is the ceiling damage to our apartment. it twists but does not come loose so for now I am using it until we move in 2 weeks and I get my XPOLE.

I am finding that I am so sore from my workouts that I cant even lift myself up the pole, so I am going to cut back on my weights and just focus on pole work for a bit. My strength is rapidly improving and its fantastic! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Good for you! I know I work up a sweat and my muscles are super sore just from pole dancing also I have to make myself stop I am constantly gravitating to my pole all day everyday LOL.
