It was in addition to the cost of the gloves, the invoice lists the gloves and the powder but I only recieved the tiny bag of powder and not the bottle, I will try calling them again tomorrow to see what is up.

I feel a lot of pole moves are always going to be impossible because of it, but I keep trying!

Skin feels heavenly!

Thanks so much! I have celiac also so I am gluten and sugar free I just wondered what do you eat before you pole that ensures you will have the energy to sustain your workout and not have a hypoglycemia episode?
