The big reason we all have so much trouble accepting our bodies the way they are is you turn on the TV and you are hearing left and right about what is wrong with your body and creams,pills etc that will "fix" it. It is hard to be self accepting with stuff like that everywhere you look. well gee they sure know how to make a person aware of their flaws and instead of saying "hey its okay lots of people have flaws" its do this and that to fix yourselves. Callanetics! its an old exercise video that is seriously a miracle worker on cellulite. It is terribly boring but if you stick with it you will be amazed at how smooth your thighs,hips and butt get. along with a ton of other wonderful changes in your body.

I have had mine pierced for 7 years and I still have a bit of a speech problem. if I take my barbell out I can say the words no problem but with it in I try to avoid certain words lol

I just got serious again with my "diet" so I still have a ways to go to reach my goals but I follow Intuitive eating and I pole everyday at least 45minutes sometimes more and do the old Buns Of Steel workout which also works arms and abs, I just took up geo-caching and that is a great workout with all of the hiking from rough terrain.

Thank you so much for the replies. The nearest pole studio is 4 hours away, I live in a HUGE Mormon area so I do not even know if a studio would be welcomed by our community. I still have a lot to learn I am just thinking about the future.
