I'm still recovering from mine, but I never got a cast or anything. I recommend if you think it's broken go get an xray or mri right away because it could be bad. Mine could still be worse than I'm letting myself believe it is 🙂 I basically just stayed off the pole as much as possible, I could carefully lift weights as long as i didn't twist my wrist in any way. Until I could do pushups comfortably it didn't feel good on the pole.

I've read that several ladies just stick tape to the bottom of their heels if they're textured like mine are and you can spin no problem. So much less rug friction.

There's definately a few more options to try! I use Moroccan Oil as well but usually in the morning and I always make sure I wash it off right away then pole at night. I'll have to try Drysol and Cramers I haven't used either one before. I noticed today that (for once) in MT there's a lot of humidity in the air and I have absolutly no problem. That is very unusal. I'll have to take advantage of it!!

Yea I don't use lotion anyway. For cleaning I use either 50 or 70% acetone and it works wonders. I've tried grip aids but they don't do a thing for me it'll work for a move then especially Mighty Grip gets really slippery again and it's worse. I do have a chrome pole.

Alright I probably missed that I'll Try it! It's a bit much in case it doesn't work but it's worth it, maybe it might help more if I sand the pole a tiny bit too
