I had a friend try to take her pole on a cruise and they held it at the terminal and would not allow it on board the ship.

I am Christian and the studio I go to incorporates prayer before performances. Not everyone will understand pole but all we can do is ask for open mindedness.

I have this issue too recently since my pole room is small I will turn my space heater on 30mins before I pole.

Veena I love the new quick lessons if I could make a request for the aerial windmill chopper invert on static and spin pole. I think some people have called it ankle tap air invert. I hope this makes sense.

Hey there stainless steel is probably the slickest of all the xpole finishes. If going for an xpoke I recommend titanium grip. I have had chrome and didnt like it and upgraded to titanium grip. The studio has chrome and size 40.

the bigger the better I like my space its just so small my pole and silks are so close together. I also have a treadmill and tv to do video workouts and to access the Veenas lessons a wall of mirrors is good and my ultimate goal is to have gymnastic stall bars in my pole room

I go to a studio 2x a week and do the lessons. Veenas instructions in the lessons are avail 24hrs and I dont have to drive for the lesson
