I just recently bought and installed this mount, however I only had the block. No screws even. I got my own screws and installed it in the ceiling joists by the 4 holes on each end. It was super simple. My pole slid right onto the slightly curved jointed oily piece, and bam, done.

Autumn Sky said it best, don’t give up! It took me 5 months to invert, and I am proud of that. You will get it, and you’ll be so happy!

Same here. I’m early in my practice so it may be a strength issue for me as well. Thankfully, this tip will have me watching for it!
