Thanks a lot for the kind response of both of you.
I keep it in my mind not to run too fast with it. Going step by step. Still I want to try some basic moves even though Veena says in her warm up video, you should start doing moves after 3 weeks of practicing the warm up.
I don’t plan to end up as a professional dancer, I just want to learn and see how far I can get with it.
How do I find out what my current fitness level is like? 🙂
All I do for fitness so far is hiking. At work I’m always in a standing position and moving a lot. Don’t know if that is telling anything about me.
I’m 1.80m tall and 80kg weight.
