Thanks for the great vid. I am just starting to learn to invert and have been practicing the proper way to do it. Luv the idea of crossing your legs thou as it makes it so you have to use ab strength. I will be tryin that one in next class.

I unfort don't have my own pole yet. I am in the process of trying to purchase one. So I just use what is at the bar, studio,  or my friends Platinum Stage v3.0. I am trying to purchase the Platinum Stage Star Stand Alone since I live in an old house with no real way to attach pole to ceiling.

Just wanted to say hi. I am also new to pole dancing. Only since May. As far as which pole I'm not the best person to ask so I will let the experienced girls on here answer. Just wanted to welcome you to the site:)

Yeah I think I will do that on my class on friday. Unfort I don't have my own pole yet so have to wait for class. But with some luck and a lot of practice I will conquer this move.

Good job:) I am in the same boat. I have to keep practicing on this one. The back hook spin was so easy got it almost right away but for some reason the front hook has been giving me issues as well.

Thank you so much for posting this. I only take lessons 1 day a week and have been working serveral weeks at climbing better. My instructor has given me many different ways to do it but none have really been that easy. I watched your first tutorial on basic climbing and the way you bring up the back leg first helped so much. I watched it the day before my class and what do you know first try in class and made it half way up the pole no problem. Way easier!!! Thanks:)

Hi, I'm glad you posted this. I just started pole dancing in May and am unable to afford the online lessons as of yet. I go to studio lessons once a week and I also need help on upper body strength. I am also 29 and plus size at 185lbs and 5 1/2ft. I have been getting better but only by shear determination. I too would luv any suggestions anyone may have…Thanks:)

Def agree with the confidence comment. If you are sure of yourself and like what you got… others will too. Work what you have… Luv yourself girl:) I'm sure you are awesome.

Totally agree with the previous comments. I have also known girls in their 40's who could throw down like nobody. I say go for it if it's what you want to do & don't let anyone tell you any different. 🙂

Oh it might work out better if you are both in BC. Not sure what shipping to Idaho would be and no way I could pick it up.Thanks:)
