oh dear not a peek A boo pole :/
i made that mistake 2 years ago it fell multiple times from the ceiling injuring me
so i screwed it into the ceiling and even after that to my horror my pole snapped in half :/
even tho x poles are more expensive they are much safer i learnt the hard way

so i had been using dry hands for months and it was working so good but now the weather is heating up it seems to not be working anymore its soooo frustrating!
any other products i can use that are simular?

Yeh i might go see a doctor about it wat I find weird is even with a pillow under my knee in a lunge it still feels the same but when I actually go into a split I can’t feel it it’s usually fine only the deep lunge
