at bespun they charge $30 for an hour, and 160 for month unlimited. cheapest private teaching is 60 for an hour.

me and another member bought this dvd already. i haven’t received it yet, hopefully early next month it comes in!
looks fun! the price was a bit high for me, so it better be good! i hope she talks you threw moves, and not be just visual. when it comes I’ll post a review. -
i have her lap dance dvd haha its funny.. didn’t know they were gonna be full nude! was watching it with my two aunts! i liked it but her vids are not step by step. you just watch what shes doing and try to pick it up. I still might order her pole dance dvd cuz its just $10. i did order the pole katz dvd from ebay for just $22 with shipping. i heard good things about it. And how its more an intermediate vid? has anyone reviewed it?

i used the Carma Electra and flirty girl dance dvds. They were fun, kinda like the same thing really. I to am trying to find good floor work vids. you kinda also add your own moves once your learning which can be fun https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cyclops_ani.gif

would anyone recommend the pole katz dvd? I’m still saving up for the art of pole dvds, but there still pretty pricey. Just looking for something affordable for now. would take lessons from here, but were i take the pole theirs no computer.

I found this dvd and was thinking of buying it. what do you all think?

when i got my pole a few spots were the threads are, the chrome was showing. and at the top were the dome is.. but its very faintly. I haven’t noticed any more showing threw. but a youtube buddy of mine said over a year her gold pole faded a little bit. I wouldent worry about it unless it looks really poorly made or chipping

I’m a beginner and got a 50mm titanium one. I like it! the pole its self looks small in my mind. the 45 looks like i can brake it.. but thats just me. i exercise my wrists and forearms for better strength. i got a gold one cuz i could not keep myself up on a chrome. I have used 45mm pole and i swing better, but i cant climb it! ( i have big thighs)
i dont know i like my 50mm you just get used to the feel, most of it i imagine comes from practice and body strength. -
i’ll have to read the updates on this post. i cant get myself to spin right.
-
i’m still getting used to my gold xpole. haha or a pole in general! its way to dam hot to put it up. i have a 50mm one. i feel like i have to wipe it down alot, but that might just be sweat.

jesus! i’m far from that!

There not huge poles they look normal to me. and easy for climbs, cuz i have big thighs. haha i have used a 45 pole b4. it WAS easier to spin on, ut im happy with my 50mm. you just gotta get used to the feel
