Hi, I called both studios and they told me that they have no pole classes in August. Sorry for the bad news… however I am sure you will still have a great time in Riva del Garda. Enjoy your holiday!

Hi there, I’m afraid there are not many pole studios over there, although the place is fabulous and there is plenty to do if you are looking for an active holiday. Anyway, here is a list of pole studios in that area: http://www.poledanceitaly.com/scuole-pole-dance-italia/regione/trentino-alto-adige/
    Enjoy your stay!

Ok guys so this is where I stand today compared to last July when I started splits stretching for the first time in my life.
I think I have progressed a little on my side splits but I am still where I was with my middle splits (from the pictures it seems I have improved those as well but it’s just an optical illusion due to the differemt camera angle… sigh).
Looking forward to following everyone elses’s training this year!

Hi there I have a subscription and I will definitely renew it once the first year expires because I love this site. Veena and you are just great people.
Having said that, I would love it if there was a chance for subscribers to be able to download video lessons to watch offline. I would be happy to pay an extra for that! Will you ever consider this option? Thank you!

oh yes Cazz, do it and you will never look back! Do not rush things, take your time and share your experience with all of us here in SV! Most of all, just have fun: learning to pole is all about the journey, like everything else! Looking forward to reading more from you.

My pole is in my bedroom, though I would love a dedicated space. I have been moving all furniture around to have enough space around it to practice spins and everything. In the beginning I would close the door when somebody came to visit to avoid questions but after almost one year of poling I really don’t care anymore. People make the funniest faces when they see it and ask the most stupid questions – often in a whisper ;o)
I practice whenever I can, mostly in the evenings after work and on Sunday afternoons and I find that privacy helps me feel more relaxed because I have all the time I need to try new things and at home I often nail moves that I could not do at the studio. Isn’t that funny?
