I’m a runner, I could hardly run in high school but then started running with my sister and doing fun runs in the summer (with a group) and I actually like it and I’ve gotten way better. I just did a 5K 27:27 and I’ll be doing the Disney 5K in January https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I really try to cross train and do all different types of exercise. I’ll write more later, got to get to bed.

I have a regular chrome spinning Xpole and I thought I noticed a small dent in the dome. I wonder if this is some kind of defect. I didn’t recall seeing it when I first got it but then weeks later I noticed it. I’m very careful and nothing has ever happen to cause this dent. I don’t know what’s up with this.

Also I agree the instructors should know the names of tricks.

Just curious what does LLC stand for? And would anyone know what the average rate and instructor makes? – Sable

One floor move I would like to learn is a body roll. I really need it broken down, I just can’t get it.

A move I’ve seen. Let me see if I can find a picture.

Deep knee hang maybe?

I got a pretty bad looking bruise from climbing and holding/crossing my legs and then I re-injured it again and it was really nasty looking. It is on my inner thigh and it’s going away now but I do feel a lump in there ( I think I was holding the pole too high up with my thighs and it’s very sensitive there). I guess I’ll have to wait to see in another week if it goes away.

I know what you’re talking about it moves just a little bit. I figured out one day that I have to tighten it a little bit harder on both sides and it doesn’t move at all now. But I do notice that it starts to loosen back up like it was after I use it for a while. I don’t want to tighten it too too much because I don’t want to ruin it. I think I’m going to call X pole and ask them about this to see if it’s normal.

Someone said that some parts of the pole screw in different ways does anyone know if main pole A & B are released by turning them anti-clockwise? My pole is stuck and it sucks https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Oh and I just got it like a month ago so does anyone know if the release rods that everyone has been mentioning are the sturdy ones?
Thanks, Sable
