I actually watched the show because an east coast friend had mentioned it on Facebook. Honestly, the girl came out, got on top of the ice cream truck and sang her song. It looked to me like she used the pole more as support while she sang and the truck moved. SHE DID NOT DO ANY MOVEMENTS THAT YOU COULD EVEN CONSIDER DANCING. I didn’t even see the point of her being there except maybe to elevate her so more of the audience could see her. If she had actually been pole dancing, I would have felt very uneasy about her because of her age and her influence on young girls. But truly, she wasn’t pole dancing at all.

I just saw this on the newsthis morning, and I agree with you … she squatted/crouched down a couple of times but in no way was it raunchy or like poledancing at all.
