They say ‘what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger’ I finished day 9, seriously I have been doing this for more then a week? Ok day 9 was 105 sec, day 10 will be 125 and day 11 145? This might just kill me and not make me stronger.

With the bridge is as many as you can do. It’s not timed. I just do it as a regular bridge lift my hips and back down. Lifting one vertebrae at the time.

Ugh my 105 sec were hard. Luckily I get to do it two more days before going to 125 secs. I also started the bridge challenge with a 10lb weight on my pelvic/stomach area to give it an extra challenge. I want a nicer butt.

awesome. No better feeling then overcoming a fear.

because you guys scared me with the seconds after 30 days I kinda didn’t want to hold my test longer then 45 secs. day 30 will be 345 secs on medium.

she is doing fine. She did cancel her fb because she wants to spent lesser time on the internet. In a few weeks she will be moving back to the mainland. There goes my pole sister. So sad 🙁
Here a picture of our last jam session at her house before she shipped out her pole. This was taken on april 6th. -
no way my hubby would go on the pole.

I had the same problem when I just started poling. I could do an inverted split grip, but not a carousel spin in split grip. Even though I was trying to put most my weight on my top arm. It was just because my arm was not conditioned enough. Go into the conditioning section and start working on the exercises in there to strengthen your forearms.

We do get stared at, our pictures get taken, the police has seen us, but we never got in trouble. Don’t think you need a permit. I wonder why you would. You’re not making money its like playing volleyball 😉 ok not exactly like volleyball…..

It came in one piece. It took a week maybe a day shorter. It came faster then expected.
Yes I love fine print. We ship everywhere in the US besides Alaska and hawaii. 😉 -
I have the studio Veena pole and am in Hawaii. Shipping was $45. And normally I get charged an arm and a leg as well. And I rent as well. But its just one screw and can be easily patched up when you move out.
